Spa Policies

As our team  strives to provide you quality service and customer care, we appreciate your cooperation, in helping us maintain a well organized spa system.


  • Please arrive on-time for your scheduled appointment.  We understand that traffic and weather playsa  role in our lives.  Please give yourself plenty of time when weather conditions are not at their best.


  • We send out reminders by email 1 week prior to your appointment and via text 24hrs before your special appointment.  Failure to provide us with a 24hr cancellation will result in a $25 irrevocable fee.  No Show appointments are subject to 50% of the value of the service charged upon your next visit.  


  • There are spa services being offered to other clients while you are visiting us.  We thank you in advance for setting your phone to vibrate when visiting Serenity.  Please avoid texting during services in order to allow us to do a good job.


  • We welcome children 10+ supervised by their parents.  Unfortunately The Spa is no place for young ones.


  • Feel free to reward your aesthetician for a good job done.  Gratuities are not included in our prices and rewards indicate that you are happy with your service, let us not think otherwise.


  • Prices are subject to change without notice, At Serenity we try our best to keep up with competitive prices despite the cost of operations.
