In order to maintain a relaxing environment and client satisfaction, we ask that you respect the following:

• Kindly arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• If you arrive 10-15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
• We request that you refrain from using your phone during your treatment.
• Please avoid texting during your treatment 
• For the comfort of all our clients, we cannot accommodate unsupervised children under 6 years old.
• To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep your voices and noise levels low 
• 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in an irrevocable late cancellation fee.
• No-show appointments will incur a non-disputable fee.
• Please be aware that our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
