- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Arrivals 15 minutes late will require rescheduling.
- We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone during your treatment, including texting.
- For the comfort and safety of all clients, we cannot accommodate unsupervised children under the age of 6.
- To preserve a peaceful environment, please keep voices and noise levels low.
- We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a non-refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- No-show appointments will incur a non-disputable fee of 50% of the service cost.

- All new and existing clients are required to have a valid credit card on file to book and maintain appointments.
