To help us maintain a relaxing atmosphere and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, we kindly ask that you observe and respect the following policies:
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Arrivals 10–15 minutes late will require rescheduling.
- We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone during your treatment, including texting.
- For the comfort and safety of all clients, we cannot accommodate unsupervised children under the age of 6.
- To preserve a peaceful environment, please keep voices and noise levels low.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a non-refundable late cancellation fee.
- No-show appointments will incur a non-disputable fee.
